Position Summary:

We seek a responsible and proactive individual to join our Property Management team. The ideal candidate will ensure our properties' overall maintenance, cleanliness, and security. This role involves performing regular inspections, coordinating repairs and light maintenance, and providing excellent customer service to our guests and partners.

Responsibilities:

● Regularly inspect properties to identify maintenance issues, safety hazards, or cleanliness concerns.

● Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair tasks, including scheduling contractors, obtaining quotes, and ensuring timely completion.

● Supervise and perform housekeeping, inspections, light routine maintenance tasks, and minor repairs as needed.

● Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all properties and outdoor spaces.

● Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and emergencies, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues effectively.

● Monitor property security, including ensuring all doors, windows, and security systems function correctly.

● Collaborate with property owners, management, and other team members to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet quality standards.

● Stay informed about local regulations and requirements related to property management and maintenance.

● Ensure all properties are properly stocked with necessary inventory.

● Assist Partner Services when needed.

● Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

● High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in property management or related field preferred.

● 1-3 years of experience in property management.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, contractors, and team members.

● Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

● Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.

● Knowledge of basic maintenance tasks.

● Good with technology and adept at utilizing various applications and communication tools.

● Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Other Requirements:

● Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

● Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

● Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards is a plus.

Salary: $38,000-40,000/annually

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
