Position Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated individual to join our team as an Automotive Detailer. The Automotive Detailer will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles on our lot are cleaned, polished, and prepared to the highest standards before they are presented to customers. This role requires precision, efficiency, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, including washing, waxing, polishing, and vacuuming interiors.
- Inspect vehicles for any damages or imperfections and report findings to management.
- Utilize various cleaning agents and equipment to achieve high-quality results.
- Ensure all vehicles are properly prepped and ready for display on the sales lot.
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive detailing preferred, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours as needed.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
