Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Explain necessary repairs and services to customers, providing clear and transparent explanations.
• Provide accurate and detailed service estimates, including cost and time requirements.
• Schedule service appointments and communicate effectively with the service department to ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Maintain open communication with customers regarding the status of their vehicles.
• Upsell additional services and maintenance packages as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery.
