Munawar & Andrews Santillo Llp in Saint Louis, MO is looking for one remote public relations director to join our team. We are located on 3832 Sharon Lane. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and engaged. you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive PR strategies to enhance the firm's reputation, visibility, and brand image. This is a remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere within the United States.

Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategic PR plans to promote the firm's services, successes, and thought leadership in the legal industry.
- Media Relations: Cultivate and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and media outlets to secure positive press coverage and manage media inquiries effectively.
- Content Creation: Create compelling press releases, articles, blog posts, and other written materials that showcase the firm's expertise and accomplishments.
- Social Media Management: Oversee the firm's social media presence across various platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook, to engage with audiences and amplify key messages.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistency and integrity in the firm's brand messaging and visual identity across all communication channels.
- Crisis Communications: Develop crisis communication plans and serve as the primary spokesperson for the firm during times of reputational risk or crisis situations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including attorneys and senior leadership, to align PR efforts with business goals and priorities.
- Measurement and Analysis: Track and analyze PR metrics, such as media coverage, social media engagement, and website traffic, to evaluate the effectiveness of PR initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or related roles, preferably within the legal or professional services industry.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing PR campaigns that drive brand awareness, media coverage, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and persuasive messaging for diverse audiences.
- Strong media relations skills, including experience pitching stories, securing media placements, and building relationships with journalists and influencers.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms, with a demonstrated understanding of social media best practices and trends.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Remote work experience preferred, with a high level of self-motivation, independence, and accountability.
