BMW of Coconut Creek is looking to hiring Receptionists for our dealership with pay rates starting at $16-17 per hour depending on experience! Hours are Mon-Wed 4-9p & Friday 4-8p

Responsibilities:

• Greeting guests and directing them appropriately
• Answer incoming calls in a professional manner, determine nature of call, and direct caller to appropriate individual or department
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain a work environment that is clean and presents a professional image
• Assist with administrative duties which include:
  • Data Entry
  • Keeping Accurate Records
  • Organizing Files/Records

Requirements

• Receptionist Experience is Required
• Ability to use Outlook, Word and Excel
• Strong Customer Service Skills
• Excellent Communication Skills

• Bi-lingual is a plus, fluent in Spanish and English
