Job Title: Site Director

Job Summary:

As a Site Director of Shady Grove Children's Surgery Center you will be charged with overseeing the day-to-day operations of the dental surgery center. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing dental healthcare facilities, particularly dental clinics, and will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations across your center. The Site Director will work closely with other managers and staff to ensure that the center meets or exceeds performance goals, maintains high-quality standards of care, and provides excellent customer service to patients. The Site Director reports directly to the Director of Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the dental surgery site, ensuring that patient care is of the highest quality and meets industry standards.
  • Manage a team of dental professionals, including dentists, hygienists, and support staff.
  • Monitor and evaluate site performance against established goals and KPIs, and develop strategies to improve performance as needed, IE:
  • Treatments per GA day.
  • Labor hours per treatment.
  • Referral conversion rate.
  • Provider recruiting.
  • OR utilization rate.
  • Provider and Staff satisfaction scores.
  • Compliance/ Survey readiness.
  • Train and supervise staff across the site, ensuring that they have the necessary skills, tools, and resources to deliver high-quality patient care and customer service.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and guidelines.
  • Manage the financial aspects of the facility, including budget development and monitoring, financial reporting, and ensuring the facility operates within budgetary constraints.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new patients and retain existing patients.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring that all necessary supplies and equipment are available and functioning properly.
  • Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and comfortable for patients and staff.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and improvement and develop plans to implement changes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and provide guidance and recommendations to senior management on strategies and tactics to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in dental practice management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team of dental professionals.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  • Understanding of industry regulations and guidelines.
  • Familiarity with financial management, including budget development and monitoring.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dental practice management software.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
