Overview:
Experience with Open Dental required and Dental Front Office experience
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression for our clients and visitors. This is a full-time position in a dental office setting.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform data entry and order entry tasks accurately
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a dental office or similar healthcare setting is preferred
- Proficient in computerized systems, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple incoming calls simultaneously
- Professional demeanor with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
