Job Description:

- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service selling our cleaning services
- Assist customers in finding which service best suits their needs and making purchasing decisions
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales
- showcase benefits of service
- Process customer transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Have a hustlers mindset, NO means next opportunity
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information of services offered
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and report progress at the end of shift to manager

- Commission is only made by booking appointment's.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in sales is required
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Strong organizational skills to maintain list of clients
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively sell service and persuade customers
- Familiarity with phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone
- Must have a phone with internet access
