Accounts Payable Specialist

This is an in-office position and the ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and have an ability to accurately track and record cash flow. This candidate should have experience in maintaining a database of financial information and be able to recognize and solve any problems that may arise.

Responsibilities

· Review and assess Purchase Orders.

· Input payables into the accounting system.

· Issue checks & Wire Payments.

· Maintain records regarding reimbursement and payments.

· Ad-Hoc Reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 2 -3 years in accounting or related field
• Strong understanding of General Ledger system and Accounts Payable processing
• Strong organizational, analytical and recording skills
• Detail oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
