Clark Schaefer Strategic HR is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative
This a full-time remote opportunity, offering competitive compensation and benefits!We would prefer the successful candidate be within a 1–2-hour drive to our location in Cincinnati, but will consider candidates in the Central and Eastern time zones.
To be successful in this role, you will have “Hunter” sales experience that can drive revenue by generating new leads and converting them.
Other Requirements Include
- At least 2-4 years of Inside sales / Customer Service experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed.
- Prior experience working in a remote work environment with little oversight.
- Experience with excel and ERP systems. Experience with PS Data a bonus.
- Must be goal oriented and a self-starter with prospecting experience.
