Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and corporate meetings. This role requires strong research, administrative, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal research to support case preparation

- Organize and maintain documents in physical and electronic filing systems

- Assist in drafting legal documents such as pleadings and motions

- Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and other attorneys during case preparation

- Manage and maintain attorney calendars and case files

- Prepare exhibits for trial

- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, answering phones, and managing correspondence

**Experience:** The successful candidate should possess the following skills:

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently

- Excellent administrative abilities to support legal proceedings

- Proficiency in conducting interviews and gathering information

- Basic project management skills to assist in case preparation

- Data entry accuracy and attention to detail

- Familiarity with legal research tools such as Westlaw

- Clerical proficiency for document preparation and filing

- Proofreading skills to ensure accuracy of legal documents

- Knowledge of legal case management software is a plus
