Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the healthcare and/or real estate sectors. This role is crucial in managing contracts, ensuring seamless transactions, and optimizing processes within the legal department to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and/or coordinate various types of contracts, including vendor agreements, leases, and service contracts.
  • Provide comprehensive paralegal support, including legal research, document preparation, and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain organized and accurate records of legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize processes within the legal department to improve workflow and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and paralegal certification from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience, preferably in a corporate legal department or law firm.
  • Proven experience working in the healthcare and/or real estate sectors is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology, contracts, and real estate transactions.
