This position is responsible for infrastructure network management, implementation and support for the Portland, Phoenix, and Azure data centers as well as the Portland and Dallas office locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide top-tier support for all aspects of the network, voice and network security solutions
• Apply builds and patches in support of Enterprise applications and network hardware
• Monitor, measure and reports the performance of the network, firewall, voice and other areas of the network environment
• Assist in creating and upholding network related policies, procedures, and standards with collaboration from team
• Collaborate with team members to develop and maintain documentation for enterprise systems
• Manage and maintain system backups to ensure jobs are completing in the necessary timeframe and ensure monthly offsite schedules are being adhered
• Manage and oversee vendors who sell, deploy and support network technology
• Manage and implement storage solutions to include Direct-Attached Storage, NAS, and SAN
• Recommend infrastructure improvements to ensure systems are designed to support business requirements
• Develop positive relationships, built trust and effectively communicate with internal customers, colleagues and all levels of management
• Provide Network and Systems Consultation to Member Firms as requested
• Participate in the rotation for 24x7 on call support
• Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or computer related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible, work-related experience
• Current professional certifications preferred but not required: CCNA
• Diverse Technical Skills in Infrastructure Architecture, Design, and Implementation
• Experience integrating on-premises systems with SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS platforms
• Experience with the following technologies is a requirement:
  • Experience in supporting Cisco network switches, Dell PoE Switches, Cisco/Meraki WiFi and Fortinet Firewalls
  • Solid understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, SMB, SNMP, and VPN
  • Hands on experience administering VMWare ESXi
  • Experience with CommVault Backup Solutions
  • Experience with Zoom VoIP and Conference
• Experience with the following technology is a plus:
  • Pure Storage
  • Basic PowerShell Scripting
  • Vulnerability Management Rapid7
  • Mimecast Administration
  • Cloudflare
• Expert level technical troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Exceptional organizational skills emphasizing task follow through.
• Proven ability to work with changing requirements/priorities using internal and external resources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with M Financial Group staff, Member Firms, Carriers, and vendors.
• Excellent customer service skills.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Salary will be commensurate with relevant experience, knowledge, and skills.
You will also be eligible for an annual incentive plan bonus.
