- Basic firewall requests/incidents/changes
- Create/modify firewall Rules
- Adding IP & services to the group
- Pushing firewall rules
- Troubleshooting connectivity related issues
- Version upgrade/patching firewall devices
- HA troubleshooting of firewall
- Major issue handling and critical/emergency changes
- Install and configure the required policies
- Critical threat management and mitigation
- Device provisioning and deployment
- Advanced analysis of traffic performance issues
- Troubleshooting application related issues
- Triaging with vendor to isolate the issue
- Major issue handling and critical/emergency changes
- Install and configure the Client device
- Install the patches
- Experience in posture, TACACS configuration and troubleshooting
- Able to identify the issue when token assignment is not working
- Experience in the configuration of Radius profiles
