The position requires mechanical and working knowledge of commercial HVAC products including but not limited to air-cooled and water-cooled chillers.

Candidate must be located in South Florida.

Principal Responsibilities :

• Understanding of the refrigeration cycle and all its components including chillers, rooftop units, AHU, operation, and start-up.
• Ability to execute, follow, and check outlined production steps and procedures.
• Communicate concerns clearly within the organization and external parties.
• Intermediate computer use, not limited to Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Experience with 3 phase 460 volts
• Ability to troubleshoot refrigeration, and electrical and interpret wiring diagrams at a fast pace.
• Willingness to learn.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Requirements :

• Initiative-taking, strong networking capabilities, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
• Ability to work in a team or independently.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the Florida HVAC industry.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
• Good written skills in English.
• Minimum 3 years experience working with chillers.
