```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's or Associates degree in a relevant field (e.g., Healthcare Mgmt, Communications, Nursing)
- Proven experience in a staffing, customer success or account management role
- Strong knowledge of Home healthcare industry and best practices
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience working in financial services or payroll related industries is a plus
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior to drive strategic initiatives
