```Duties```
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing their inquiries and concerns
- Handle guest requests, such as room changes or additional amenities
- Assist with reservations and ensure accurate information is entered into the system
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Assist with night audit duties, including balancing accounts and generating reports
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Knowledge of front desk operations and procedures
- Multilingual skills are a plus, especially if fluent in languages commonly spoken by hotel guests
- Familiarity with night audit processes and procedures is desirable
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, particularly if fluent in English and another language commonly spoken by hotel guests
