ANR Construction is a young and growing construction company headquartered in Chicago Ridge, Illinois. The company is seeking a part-time Client Success Representative to oversee client relationships, schedule Estimator field visits, follow up as needed and provide administrative office support.

Responsibilities:

• Oversea high volume of incoming client calls and schedule field estimate visits
• Intake client information via phone and email, coordinate onsite visits, relay information and dispatch estimator while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Provide client follow up and close out communication as needed
• Manage client email communications, calendar invites, follow up and relay information to appropriate teams
• Executive calendar management and administrative support
• Supporting teams in day to day issues, needs and requests

Qualifications:

• 3 years administrative experience in a blue-collar company
• 5 years client services management experience
• 5 years high volume call intake experience
• Experience with Software Fusion a plus
• Language proficiency in Polish or Ukrainian
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
• Discretion to deal with confidential business matter
• Excellent communicator, team player and approachable with a “can do” attitude.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
