Are you a motivated and creative sales hunter who thrives on building relationships and closing deals? If so, we've been looking for you! Go Beyond Cleaners is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a key player in our sales force, you will be responsible for setting appointments, generating leads, and nurturing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hunt for New Business: Identify and pursue new opportunities through phone calls, emails, and door-to-door interactions. Whether you're dialing from your living room or knocking on doors, it's your call.
  • Seal the Deal: Set appointments for facility walkthroughs so we can create quotes and win business.
  • Make Connections: Get in touch with decision-makers and gather their contact information. Emails, phone numbers, you name it.
  • Wow Them: Conduct engaging and persuasive presentations on walk-throughs to showcase our top-notch services.
  • Craft Your Pitch: Customize your presentations to meet the unique needs of each client and show them why we’re the best.
  • Build Relationships: Keep our clients happy and loyal by understanding their needs and going above and beyond, leveraging this for future referrals.
  • Team Player: Work closely with our team to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Hit Your Targets: Set and achieve ambitious sales goals because we believe in rewarding hard work and results.

Qualifications:

  • No degree is required; results are what matter. Show us what you’ve got!
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in a related industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Creative approach to finding and closing deals.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot & Google Sheets) and lead generation tools (Apollo.io, Instantly.ai) is a plus.
