Job description:

If this sounds like you, we need to talk! Sizzle’s Cleaning Company is looking for reliable part-time and full-time janitorial cleaners to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• The ability to execute Cleaning Service Schedules according to each client’s specifications
• Cleaning according to company standards
• Acceptance of feedback on performance and a willingness to implement necessary changes quickly
• Take pride in your work.
• Take your *job* seriously... but not so much yourself since we’re abig chillin’ type of team over here.

Needed Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality cleaning services
• Good physical stamina & strength
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Extremely reliable
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
• Valid driver’s license and own a reliable vehicle
• MUST be able to travel from different locations

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
• Familiarity with floor care, including buffing and maintaining various types of flooring

Preferred Skills:

• Industrial cleaning: Knowledge of specialized cleaning techniques for industrial environments, specifically for gyms
• Facilities maintenance: Understanding of basic maintenance tasks related to building upkeep
• Buffing: Proficiency in using floor buffing machines to maintain polished floors
• Commercial cleaning: Experience in cleaning commercial spaces such as offices, daycares, retail stores, or warehouses is helpful, but this job is specifically for a gym environment
• Cleanliness: Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Floor care: Knowledge of proper floor care techniques for different types of flooring materials
• Custodial: Understanding of custodial responsibilities and best practices for maintaining cleanliness
