We are seeking motivated and experienced individuals to join our team as Project Manager for Exterior Improvements. Job Overview:
The Project Manager will be responsible for generating leads, primarily through door-to-door canvassing and other innovative methods. As the main point of contact for clients, you will oversee exterior improvement projects from initial consultation through to completion, including handling insurance claims and storm damage assessments. This role requires a proactive, customer-focused individual with excellent sales and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads by going door-to-door, networking, and utilizing other marketing strategies.
• Conduct thorough inspections of potential exterior improvement projects, including roofing, siding, windows, and more, to assess client needs and provide accurate estimates.
• Present exterior improvement solutions to clients, explaining benefits and addressing any concerns.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact to project completion, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience.
• Handle insurance claims and storm damage assessments, working closely with clients and insurance adjusters to ensure accurate and timely claims processing.
• Coordinate with the construction team and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality project execution.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, project progress, and sales activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and installation techniques.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed, including the use of personal protective equipment and ladders.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the exterior improvements or construction industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with insurance claims processes and storm damage assessments.
• Ability to generate leads and close sales effectively.
• Excellent project management skills with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Must have a reliable vehicle, ladders, and proper safety equipment.
• Advanced knowledge of exterior improvement systems and materials.
• Ability to climb roofs and perform inspections safely.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in construction or exterior improvements are a plus.

Compensation:
This is a commission-only position. Earnings are based on sales performance, offering significant income potential for highly motivated and successful consultants.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
