**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for maintaining equipment, conducting repairs, and ensuring the overall functionality of our facilities.
**Duties:**
- Perform routine maintenance tasks
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and repair as needed
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for tracking maintenance activities
- Fabricate parts when necessary
- Conduct facilities maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- Interpret schematics and technical manuals
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities
- Provide leadership to maintenance team
**Experience:**
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent English communication skills
