Job Summary:

This multifunctional position acts as part of an operations support team test strategy, test scripts, and acts as a liaison between technology and cross-functional business teams, partnering with IS and CSSD Management to conduct user acceptance testing and assist with testing of software and procedures.

Key Functions/ Basic Duties:

· May serve in the role of development lead, project manager, testing advocate, or operations advocate.

· Assist with implementations, training, and testing in conjunction with defining contract requirements.

· Supports operations management team in providing leadership and technical consulting and expertise in the development, modification, and implementation of application systems.

· Translate customer requirements and recommend solutions.

· Manage end-to-end user acceptance testing (UAT).

· Execute testing individually or in a team environment.

· Create test metrics and report status.

· Implement testing best practices.

· Review operations for quality assurance.

· Performs periodic audits of financial areas - such as the balancing department - assuring balancing and reconciliation procedures are being followed and are in accordance to contractual obligations.

· Production support: fill in on an as needed basis.

Additional Duties:

· Assist with daily credit card file imports, bank transfers, and reconciliations.

· Monitor SMI Pay bank accounts for daily debits and credits.

· Perform SMI Pay monthly reconciliations.

· Support and assist operations with fraud mitigation and credit card disputes.

· Other duties as assigned.

This position will telecommute and may require extensive travel.

Education and/ or Experience:

· Must have an understanding of business requirements to understand the needs of the organization and to avoid interruption of business functions

· Must work well with management to create a plan of execution and suggesting an implementation process that meets the required completion timeframe and within budget.

· Ability to collaborate with business and technology teams to ensure end-to-end quality of applications.

· Ability to document business workflows and procedures.

· Must be self-motivated and capable of working independently.

· Must have the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure time frames.

· Must be able to maintain planning and organization across multiple projects.

Language Skills:

Speaks English fluently.

Computer Skills:

Proficient in MS Office Suite.
