Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for all activities involved in submitting purchase orders for the procurement of materials, supplies, and services necessary for production and operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Work directly with internal and external customers and suppliers to submit orders.
2. Interface with the sourcing team to obtain best cost, quality and delivery.
3. Run required reports and communicate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
4. Track orders to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
5. Monitor purchase order status to communicate and help resolve any issues with orders or deliveries from suppliers.
6. Maintain accurate documents, supplier information and records.
7. Monitor stock replenishment reports and place replenishment orders as needed.
8. Develop and good maintain relationships with supplier customer service reps.
9. Use Oracle and other systems to place purchase orders.
10. Provide drawings and specifications to vendors as required.

Qualifications:

1. Sharp minded individual who is a quick starter and team player.
2. Demonstrated ability to work with multi-discipline teams.
3. Knowledge of Oracle Demantra, Order Management, and ASCP is a plus.
4. Good to excellent computer skills.
5. Microsoft Office and good Excel skills is a strong preference.
