Headquartered in Houston, Texas, Wellbore Integrity Solutions was established by industry veterans with extensive experience in the wellbore integrity (Fishing & Remedial) market space and global operating experience in oilfield services, manufacturing and E&P. Through the assets and technologies WIS acquires, we will provide wellsite services aimed at optimizing and extending the life of oil, gas and geothermal wells. These services will include a wide range of well intervention services that extend from fishing and remedial to slot recovery, coiled tubing to final well abandonment and more.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide emergency/ unscheduled repairs in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
• Responsible for conducting maintenance for all equipment and facilities that will minimize disruptions in the manufacturing operations and ensure maximum useful life of all production equipment.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and electronic repair and preventive maintenance
• Read equipment manuals/schematics and part reference information to assure appropriate operation and repair of equipment.
• Observe all facility safety rules and regulations including the use of personal protective equipment; report all injuries, accidents and hazards immediately.
• Maintain an orderly and clean work environment.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or GED required; Maintenance license and certificates a plus.
• 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and within a team.
• Must be proficient in use of Microsoft-based computer systems.
• Must be able to work day/night and overtime.
• Must be capable of troubleshooting (electrical and mechanical) issues and develop an efficient solution to resolve problems.
• Knowledge of CNC/NC controls (Mazak, Fanuc, HAAS, Heidenhain and Siemens)
• Knowledge of Heat Treat and Welding equipment is a plus.
• Experience with PLC and Industrial Control Systems troubleshooting a plus.
• Understanding of automation machinery and semi-automatic machines.
• Understanding of electrical and pneumatic controls and valves.
