Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. - 2:45 p.m., 183 days
Pay Rate : Salary Range $30,000 - $34,000
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Receives and processes health records for incoming grade 9 students
- Enter health data into electronic health record system
- Review files for MDPH compliance for new district entry
- Recognize alternations in physical findings and follow up with parent and or provider as needed
- Create district health records for incoming students
- Review health and emergency forms; flag ASPEN accounts as needed
- Proficient at SNAP school health software
- Experience communicating with physician's offices
- Proficient at medical terminology
- Knowledge of Massachusetts Department of Health School Health Unit school requirements
