Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring current and potential Acadian Total Security customers receive a first-class Acadian Experience, by supporting the Sales function in Lead Creation, Customer Order Flow, Customer Support, and Customer Retention. |
JOB FUNCTIONS | |
1 | Develop meaningful relationships with clients (and potential clients) to encourage trust and loyalty with Acadian Total Security. |
2 | Generate New and assign Incoming sales leads to the Outside Regional Sales Team through various means such as calling existing clients, cold-calling new prospects, and driving promotional campaigns where available. Inputting and Assigning Leads into CRM for RSRs. |
3 | Supports Regional Sales Team in moving customer through the sales process from Lead to Sold, as well as selling to customers, as requested by management, to include DIY systems, service plans and small additions for existing clients. |
4 | Serves as 1st contact for incoming calls to the ATS sales line, directing customers path for Sales or Service for the Regional Sales Team, based on factors decided by management. |
5 | Responsible for partnering with the Regional Sales Team to ensure customers, and potential customers are receiving timely communications while engaged with Acadian Total Security. |
6 | Supports the Regional Sales Team in servicing Sales Leads, creating proposals, communicating with prospective clients, and ensuring an efficient flow of jobs throughout the Sales Process and CRM. |
7 | Utilizes company assigned tools and CRM to document customer and sales activity to ensure effective account management and order-flow. |
8 | Serves as 1st contact in Customer Retention Measures – responsible for maintaining suitable customer churn measures. |
