Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to our sales team and assist in driving business growth. The ideal candidate is has a strong sales background, and is skilled in account management and business development.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Receive in bound sales inqury calls.
- Reach out to internet inquries.
- Qualify incoming calls and walk ins.
- Setting appointments with qualified leads.
- Maintaining lead notes and organizing files and pictures on CRM software.
- Completing administrative tasks for the sales team.
- Reporting any unusual activity to team leads.
Skills and Qualifications include:
- 2 years sales / support experience
- Computer literacy: In addition to data entry and typing, Sales Support needs to have knowledge of basic spreadsheet and word processing creation software.
- Time management and organization: The ability to use a variety of organization methods, including calendar management, to handle multiple projects at one time and completing tasks efficiently and quickly.
- Customer service: Have strong professional conversation etiquette in person and over the phone when interacting with company representatives, clients and customers.
- Communication: Clear communication and the ability to explain concepts in simple terms are used to help the customer work through problems and accurately describe products.
- Problem-solving: Have the ability to use critical and creative thinking to identify and resolve issues with products and orders.
- Proficient in using CRM systems
- Technical sales knowledge is a plus
