Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Manager to join our team. The Landscape Manager will oversee all aspects of landscaping projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor environments.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise landscaping crews, ensuring all work is performed safely and according to company standards
• Plan and schedule daily tasks and project timelines to meet client expectations and deadlines
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to determine project requirements and provide accurate cost estimates
• Procure materials and equipment needed for landscaping projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality
• Train and mentor crew members on proper landscaping techniques and safety procedures
• Communicate regularly with clients to address any concerns or modifications to project plans
• Maintain accurate records of project expenses, labor hours, and materials usage
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards

Requirements:

• Minimum of three years of experience in landscaping and running crews
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
• Proficiency in landscape design principles, plant identification, and horticultural practices
• Knowledge of landscaping equipment operation and maintenance
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy objects as needed
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
