Job Description

The Assistant Manager role combines business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Responsibilities include driving sales, overseeing daily operations, improving efficiency, updating displays, managing talent, and fostering an inclusive environment.

Schedule & Availability

  • The work schedule can vary based on store needs

  • Shifts are typically scheduled: mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Full time employees usually work 5, 8-hour shifts per work week

  • Store Hours: Sunday-Wednesday 10-6 and Thursday-Saturday 10-8

This position requires the physical ability to perform tasks, which could require prolonged standing. May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location. Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance.
