RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Student Enrollment and Records: Registering new students, verifying residency and collecting required documents, processing student withdrawals and transfers.
- Maintaining student records in a secure and accurate manner, including transcripts, grades, attendance, and immunization records.
- Maintaining accurate student data in the school information system.
- Familiarity with federal and state regulations regarding student records.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Responding to inquiries from students, parents, faculty, and staff regarding registration, records, and academic processes.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as admissions and financial aid, to ensure a smooth student experience.
- Bachelor's degree in education, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience working with student records and data management systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in computer applications like spreadsheets and word processing software.
