TRIBE Party Bus Tours is one of the most fun, fast growing and successful tour bus companies in Austin Texas. We are looking for the Best of the Best, the top 3-5% of CDL A/B drivers with passenger vehicle endorsement for full and part time positions.

If you can’t lift 40-50lbs, if you don't know how to check all the fluids on a bus and the differences of the color of fluids, this isn’t the job for you. These are open roof bus’ which means no A/C or Heat. If you can’t perform basic PMS or if you don't know what PMS stands for, this isn’t the job for you.

Replacing headlamps, bulbs, topping up fluids, cleaning the bus’ at the end of every shift, conducting pre & post checklists, knowing the difference between a self-drilling screw and a wood screw are just a few of the requirements needed for this position. We currently have several shifts for weekdays and weekends available.

We are looking for hard charging, self-motivated, ambitious Commerical Drivers that are looking for something different and want to be challenged.

Compensation: New Hires will be 1099 employees paid weekly with a range of pay from $26/hr. PLUS pay includes a guaranteed 20% tip on EVERY trip paid directly to you. Your hourly rate has potential to grow based on your customer service and the experience you offer to our guests. After Orientation and you are onboarded, we pay $15/hr for all training (1-2 shifts). As a contractor we want to see you succeed and thrive in this environment. You will also earn additional pay for positive customer feedback, such as Five-Star Reviews.

Your Day to Day: You will be driving a pre-selected 2-2.5 hour route around downtown Austin. Number of shifts depends on scheduling. Our busses hold groups of up to 20 passengers. Most groups will be celebrating events (Bach parties, birthdays, work events). Our customers safety is your number one priority followed by ensuring a good time. You will also be responsible for taking photos of the customers, keeping the bus clean between tours, and transporting the bus from Round Rock storage facility to downtown Austin. It is required that you live near Austin, are knowledgeable about the area and have reliable transportation. Professionalism is a must! Our customers safety is your number one priority and you will be expected to ensure all passengers follow the safety rules.

Job Requirements:

• You MUST reside within the Austin area and have reliable transportation.
• Professionalism and punctuality are a MUST. You will be expected to show up on time for ALL of your shifts.
• Must be able to pass a drug test
• Inspect the vehicle before and after the trip and record any defects you may find
• Experience driving a bus with a CDL
• Keep the vehicle and associated equipment, clean and in good working order
• Ability to work in a high energy environment with music and big groups
• Excellent driving record
• Current valid Texas medical card
• Must be energetic and enjoy working with people
