Job Title: Line Cook

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook menu items with precision and attention to detail.

- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure high-quality dishes are consistently delivered.

- Perform multiple positions in the kitchen, including prep work.

- Maintain a clean and organized work station.

- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

- Previous mid-level or fine dining experience as a Line Cook.

- Ability to handle multiple roles in the kitchen, including prep work.

- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Additional Requirements:

- Successful completion of a working interview (stage) is required for consideration.

Compensation:

- Starting pay: $15 per hour

- Bi-weekly pay schedule
