We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-centric Account Manager to join our landscaping team. You will be responsible for managing a small crew of 3 to 5 employees, ensuring safety, customer satisfaction and driving business growth. You must have or be willing to obtain a WSDA applicator license. Duties will include:
- Managing a small crew of 3 to 5 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
- Quoting new business opportunities and effectively communicating the value proposition of our landscaping services.
- Ensuring quality control measures are in place to deliver exceptional service and meet customer expectations.
- Managing expenses and resources efficiently to maximize profitability.
- Prioritizing safety and implementing safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Willing to work independently with little supervision, while also being ready to assist the crew if needed to meet project deadlines.
