Position Focus:
- Source, contact, and recruit candidates
- Screen resumes and interview candidates
- Build talent pipelines and execute sourcing campaigns
- Maintain communication with candidates
- Build relationships with the team, clients, and placed candidates
- Some days may be longer when deadlines need to be met
Requirements:
- Motivated self-starter
- Driven and competitive
- Strong sales skills
- Optimistic attitude
- Project-driven and able to work within deadlines and KPIs
- Understanding of client needs and staffing nuances
- Background in Marketing/Communications, Recruiting/HR
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- College degree preferred but not required
