Position Overview: Avital Homes is seeking experienced and motivated Project Managers to join our growing team. As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from inception to completion. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets to track progress and mitigate risks.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction activities and ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Lead project meetings, provide progress reports, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to address any issues or concerns.
  • Resolve conflicts, make decisions, and implement solutions to keep projects on track and meet objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and permit requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, mentor team members, and promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a track record of successfully delivering residential projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, effective communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Understanding of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
