Duties: Under general supervision, perform work involved in the reading, installing, maintenance, removal, repair and replacement of water meters and/or automatic meter reading components. Requires working in inclement weather conditions. Performs water meter exchanges, installations and repairs for water meters (5/8" to 2"); cleans out, raises or lowers and replace meter boxes and/or lids; Installs, repairs and replaces meter reading components of water meters used in the automatic meter reading system (meter interface units (MIU) or register); Perform other duties as assigned to ensure efficient and effective operations. Must have and maintain, without interruption, all necessary licenses, certifications, clearances, and/or job requirements. Work the assigned schedule and comply with City timekeeping and attendance policy. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: High school diploma or GED; Valid Texas driver's license and good driving record. PREFFERED: Considerable knowledge of City of Pasadena street layout
