About us
New Spirit Recovery is a detox and residential treatment center in Tarzana and Encino, CA. We are professional, dedicated and our goal is to help our clients adjust to inpatient addiction treatment at our center and recover from substance use disorders.
Our work environment includes:
Duties:
- Provide behavioral tech work in a residential detox and substance abuse treatment center.
- Implement rules and procedures for clients and staff. Making sure clients go to groups and therapy sessions.
- Take notes during the shift and at the end to inform other staff how the clients are day to day.
- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
- Drive to support meetings.
- Use positive reinforcement techniques to teach new skills and reduce problem behaviors
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe environment for clients
Skills:
- Experience working with substance abuse recovery
- Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and principles
- Ability to collect and analyze data accurately
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and compassion for individuals
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
MUST HAVE REQUIREMETS!
-Must be fluent in Kipu EMR
-Must have RADT cert or higher
-Must have Med pass knowledge
-Must have Drivers License
