Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and skilled Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at Pet BnD Albuquerque. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a genuine love for animals. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring the smooth operation of the facility, and maintaining the highest level of care for our pets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the facility, ensuring all services are provided efficiently and effectively.
• Manage and train staff, including scheduling, performance reviews, and ongoing development.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for pets and staff.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate with the management team to plan and execute special events and promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on facility operations.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and communication.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a pet care or service industry.
• Strong animal care experience, whether in the veterinary field or a related area, with confidence in handling a variety of breeds and temperaments.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with pet care management software.
• Passion for animals and commitment to providing exceptional pet care.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,193.55 - $49,609.44 per year
