Nova Kids First is Hiring a Healthcare Recruiter Near Falls, VA

Healthcare Talent Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced and driven Talent Recruiter within the healthcare field to join our growing medical office. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively sourcing, attracting and hiring top healthcare professionals and talent across various departments and roles within our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing and recruitment plans to build a pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Source passive and active candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking events, etc.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews and skills assessments with candidates
  • Partner with the office managers to understand current and future staffing needs
  • Post job openings and write compelling job descriptions to attract top talent
  • Act as the main point of contact and provide a positive candidate experience
  • Coordinate and facilitate the full recruitment cycle including interviews, testing, references, etc.
  • Extend competitive job offers and negotiate compensation packages
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, universities, professional associations, among others.
  • Continuously explore new sourcing channels and recruitment strategies
  • Ensure adherence to all hiring regulations, policies and compliance requirements
  • Track and report on key recruiting metrics and activities on a daily or weekly basis

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field particularly in healthcare administration.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting
  • Project management skills
  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems, recruitment tools and techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Self starter and must be able to report daily activities for management consideration
  • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of labor laws, hiring regulations and best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, or other office suite.
  • Hybrid work. Some in the office to report and most times at home for computer work.
