Your Purpose as a Service Advisor:

• Advises customers about necessary service for routine maintenance.
• Helps identify a mechanical problem by asking investigative questions or by performing a visual inspection and/or road test.
• Confers with customers about inspection results, recommends corrective procedures, and prepares work order for needed repairs.
• Prepares a repair order showing time, cost and labor estimates for service.
• Write a brief description of the customer's concern regarding the repair order to help the technician locate the problem.
• Explains the work performed and the repair order charges to the customer.
• Handles customer complaints.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.

• Competitive Pay: $50,000-$100,000 per year depending on experience!

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous experience in the Auto Industry and/or as a Service Advisor is strongly preferred
• Ability and desire to make a POSITIVE IMPACT with EVERY INTERACTION
• Have the drive to create REMARKABLE EXPERIENCES for our customers
• Valid driver’s license
