Job Description:

As an Account Manager & Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and fostering strong relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for both acquiring new business and managing existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term success. Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and networking.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our offerings.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to close deals and achieve sales targets.

Account Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, addressing their needs, inquiries, and concerns.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' goals and requirements.
• Develop strategic account plans to drive growth, retention, and upsell opportunities.

Contract Management:

• Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from initial negotiation to renewal.
• Ensure that contracts are accurately prepared, reviewed, and executed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with legal and finance teams to address contract-related issues and ensure compliance.

Customer Relationship Building:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Collaboration and Reporting:

• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align efforts and optimize client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and contract details.
• Prepare regular reports and updates on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.

Qualifications:

• 2 years’ experience in landscape and sales
• Proven track record of success in sales, account management, or a related role.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and drive revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
