At Chick-fil-A, Team Leaders are responsible for assisting the management team in all aspects of shift leadership and ensuring that each restaurant guest has an outstanding experience. Team Leaders are responsible for supervising assigned stations for an entire shift and will be responsible to open or close the restaurant, following established opening and closing procedures. Team Leaders are responsible for leading their shift, which includes, but is not limited to, ensuring that our guests have a remarkable experience, holding team members accountable for maintaining standards, effective and positive communication, ownership of their entire shift, and counting/balancing cashier settlements.
