• Oversight of Intake Support Services within contracted BHC-UHS accounts
• Presentation of services to UHS CEOs, CFOs, Intake Directors and their regional/divisional directors of Admissions
• Responsible for contract management and program quality
• Coordinate, develop and execute rollout implementation of services to contracted UHS accounts
• Responsible for receipt of remote tele assessment team member’s credentialing, HealthStream and HR records at UHS accounts before services are started
• Provide supervision and training to all remote tele assessment team members on the individualized workflows and communication process at each contracted UHS account
• Responsible for managing tele assessment team member shift schedules
• Manage SharePoint data base for each contracted account to ensure monthly intercompany transfer expense is accurate
• Participate in review calls with identified UHS account team members to identify process improvement efficiencies/productivity
• Compiles and provides requested or required daily/weekly and/or monthly metric reports to UHS accounts
• Compiles and provides monthly dashboard report to BHC leadership team
• Maintains staff by recruiting, interviewing, selecting, hiring and general supervision of assessment team members supporting intake support services
• Responsible for oversight, review, and submission of remote tele assessment team member timesheets
• Collaborates with other BHC leadership team members to ensure service line core benefit values succeed and grow; all service deliverables will maintain ethical and lawful practices
• Performs other duties, as assigned.
