We are seeking an experienced Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. You should have 1 years of insurance industry experience and an active Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License (if you don't have this let's talk anyway)! . The role requires excellent communication skills and providing quality customer service to clients. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of customer-facing service experience (ex: luxury retail sales, hospitality, and banking). Candidates must be well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Depending on your experience, your starting base salary is 32,000 to 40,000 per year with bonus opportunities and room to grow!

Responsibilities
  • Add value to the customer and business relationship by creating loyalty and trust.
  • Assist clients in navigating their insurance policies and answering any questions.
  • Answer phones. Greet walk-in clients and handle their inquiries, payments, etc
  • Utilize various computer systems for daily transactions, take premium payments, review, update, and make changes to policies, claim handling, and endorsements.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and follow established protocols.
Requirements
  • Active Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License.
  • 1 years of insurance customer service experience.
  • 2 years of customer-facing service experience (ex: luxury retail sales, hospitality, and banking)
  • Knowledge of Basic Computer Software and a multiline phone system. Proficient typing/data entry skills.
  • Possessing the ability to work autonomously, arrange tasks according to their importance, and collaborate in a team-oriented setup.
  • Demonstrate professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
  • Multitasking and resolving problems quickly and accurately with strong attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
