Burnt End BBQ is a beloved barbecue destination nestled in the heart of Denver. We take pride in serving up mouthwatering barbecue dishes with a side of warm hospitality. Our team is dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences for every guest that walks through our doors.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items to Burnt End BBQ's high standards
  • Execute basic line cook duties, including grilling, smoking, and plating
  • Assist with food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables and marinating meats
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and back-of-house areas
  • Support closing procedures, including cleaning equipment and restocking supplies
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations during service
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
  • Familiarity with basic cooking techniques and food safety protocols
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented setting
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow

Pay Range: 

  • $16-18 per hour tips
Schedule:
  • Morning shifts Friday - Monday (8am - 3pm)
