Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Manager in daily operations, staff management, and customer service to ensure the store's success.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily store operations
- Manage and motivate staff to meet sales goals
- Recruit, train, and supervise employees
- Conduct employee orientation and performance evaluations
- Handle payroll and scheduling efficiently
- Implement marketing strategies to drive sales
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
- Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise as needed
- Collaborate with the Manager on budgeting and financial planning

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in retail management, sales management, or store management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Proficient in recruiting, interviewing, and employee training
- Knowledge of payroll procedures and basic accounting principles
- Ability to manage inventory and implement effective merchandising techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with sales forecasting and budgeting processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $30,000.00 per year
