We are looking for a Flooring Sales Manager to join our team! Carolina Renovation Warehouse is a renovation retailer specializing in kitchen and bath including in flooring, custom cabinets, and hardware. The Flooring Sales Manager will be responsible for increasing flooring sales through current relationships, cold outreach, and developing relationships we currently have.

Responsibilities:

• Build a book of business of home flippers, property managers, home builders based around flooring
• Proactively reach out to prospects to develop relationships and assist them in understanding out value of an organization
• Put together quotes and bids
• Close new business and maintain that business
• Upsell where possible to increase deal size
• Forecast customer needs
• Meet with customers face to face whether on the job site or in store
• Work cross departments to ensure open communication and expectations are met

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED- College degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years in sales- preferrable in the construction field
• Background overseeing and managing accounts including through email, text, and calls
• Strong leadership skills and customer service management abilities
• Excellent communication
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand on feet for extend periods of time
• Fluent in Spanish a plus

Hours and Pay:

• $40,000 - Based on experience
• Monthly commission
• Flexible work schedule but normal hours are 9am-5pm M-F

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
