We are actively seeking an experienced Division Head to manage crews within our Spray (FWC & Pest) and Bush & Bed departments. As a Division Head, you will be responsible for the professional completion of work assigned and will lead crews to ensure excellent quality. Successful candidates will be self motivated and must possess previous management experience within this industry.

As a Division Head, you will be offered a company vehicle, company cell phone, competitive base salary pay with paid time off, paid holidays and bonus incentives throughout the year. Regular work schedule is Monday - Friday with occasional work on Saturdays. Weekly meetings with fellow supervisors to collaborate and encourage teamwork. Essential Functions of the Job:
The Division Head will operate under the direct supervision of Director of Field Operations. In this role, the Division Head is tasked with ensuring accountability for safety, efficiency and productivity within the teams.
