Resource Furniture, leader in high-end Italian-made transforming furniture, is currently seeking a highly experienced and driven Project Manager to join our team in our San Francisco team - 111 Rhode Island Street, Suite 8, San Francisco, CA, 94103

This is a full-time salary exempt position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, logistics, and must havehands-on experience with installations, carpentry, repairs, etc., preferably with high-end furniture.

This is a highly visible role, working with Resource Furniture's Showroom sales staff, contracted warehouse and installation teams, as well as our esteemed clients during in-home site visits and installations.

The Project Manager's responsibilities will include everything from meticulous on-site measurements and recommendations to seamless coordination of installations and post-sale support. With your expertise in project management and logistics, you'll be instrumental in orchestrating the perfect experience for our clients. To be considered, you must have a valid Driver's License, clean driving record, and personal vehicle to travel between site visits.

Essential responsibilities:

• Performs in area on-site measurements working directly with clients and sales staff to ensure proper fit and functionality of space
• Providing technical assistance to our clients by way of service calls and on-site repairs when necessary. This includes general project management during our installations.
• Works closely with our warehouse to oversee inventory management and logistics regarding delivery and installations
• Provide elevated customer service to our clients by way of effective resolutions which could entail on-site troubleshooting, reordering from our vendors, or organizing additional support from third parties.

Skills, experience, and expectations:

• Proven experience in project management and project planning
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
• Proficient in customer service skills, conflict management and problem-solving techniques
• Experience in vendor relationship management
• Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement cost-effective measures
• Valid Driver's License and personal vehicle; Resource Furniture will provide mileage reimburse consistent with IRS guidelines
